Students: Verbal and through questionnaires (feed back form and Suggestion boxes. |

Alumni: Alumni association meetings and through website posting. |

Parents: Occasional meetings with Parents and Local Guardians. |

Employers / industries: Verbal/ Industrial visit and training project preparation. |

Academic peers: Invited Guest Lectures, Faculty and through a peer team consisting peers from society, industry, academics. Peer team meets once in a year. |

Community: Career counseling at entry and exit year, social activities, spiritual assemblies, etc. |

| The effectiveness of the Teaching Learning process is monitored through student feedback conducted regularly and the teachers are appraised accordingly. However for all round development, formal feedback is obtained from alumni, parents, employers and faculty members. Informal feedback is obtained from peer institutions and community and the outcomes are used for improvement of the teaching & learning process development. As a member of the academic council of the affiliating University, relevant extracts of the feedback are communicated as well. |
